Scott Wells, from the Ironton store was excellent. He helped us get a great vehicle. We initially went to look at a 2010 Tahoe . However, he showed us a 2016 Traverse for the same price range as the Tahoe.
I was simply shopping for a car, and not desperate to buy necessarily. Scott was awesome in that he was friendly and knowledgeable, but he did not push anything. When I told him I would move on to search elsewhere, he politely explored possibilities, and then wished me luck. Was not pushy at all, and was just in general a great gentleman to work with. Would definately recommend this place.
The service here is pathetic. I came in to have a battery change and was told it would be about 20-30 minutes. I sat inside for over two hours waiting only to be told it would take an hour to change. On top of this I had to go ask how long it would take, no one informed me. If you want car work done quick I recommend staying far away from here. I was here for a total of 3 hours for a battery change.
Plus it gets better gas mileage and still has cargo space and 3 rows of seating.
