I had a horrible experience with AAA during the Easter holiday weekend. I have been a Premium Club member for several years now, and my first encounter with utilizing my membership was less than desirable. The ladies in this Ironton office were very accommodating and assisted me in filing a formal complaint. They were embarrassed on behalf of their company and very apologetic. They may be the reason I continue my membership with AAA. Thank you, ladies, for listening to my concerns and issues and working diligently to find solutions.
