The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Transferred 3 times, none of which explained my request to the next person. I was literally transferred to another person in the exact same position as the last. You will not get your question answered. Good luck
This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. The women behind the glass are seemingly unhappy in their jobs and life. They will not lift a finger to help you or be nice in any way. Instead of doing the right thing and checking your paper work, as soon as they can come up with an excuse to send you away they will. They do not have the decency to look at the rest of your paper work and see if there are other errors to save you multiple trips. It is frustrating because it is unnecessary to act like that. I hope they are treated the way they treat people when they are in public.
