I stay in hotels at least 150 nights every year for my job and this is hands down the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at. I was at this location 4 nights a week from December 2016 - April 2017. The entire place is brand new and spotless, the staff is very welcoming and diligent to serve. I can't say enough good things about this location. It's so good I'm taking the time to write up this review. The pool and hotub are clean, the exercise room is adequate for working out away from home, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants in the immediate area.
There were 9 of us staying overnight in two queen suites after going to our family Christmas party & everyone was very happy. The best thing was the 24 hour indoor pool. I work third shift so I expected to spend half the night reading or wandering around the lobby, but I was able to swim laps & relax in the hot tub. There was a decent amount of variety for breakfast the next morning & everyone left full. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in the area for a family get together.
I spent the week at this location for work. This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Clean, lots of amenities and nicer than most upscale hotels I have been to. What really stood out more than anything is how friendly and personable the staff and management are! I want to give a special shout out to Donna who served the free breakfast every morning. Not only was the entire breakfast bar clean and good food, she was hands down the nicest lady I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in the this industry. She walked up to every person and checked on them, asked how their breakfast was and if they needed anything else. She also stopped to talk with each person, ask how they slept, asked about their family or life. 100 percent would recommend this location! The house keeping staff smiled and said good morning the desk people really wanted to make sure people were happy as well.
The staff was so friendly and great. We had a dog who was welcome for a 35 dollar fee. But the woman behind the desk made sure we had a room right next to the little dog walking area outside in the first floor. Everyone was nice even the woman making the free breakfast as super cheerful. It was a great experience. Would 100% go again
