Talk about crappy service!!!This is the second time the service has been horrible and after reading some of the other reviews I don't know why they continue on this way!!My guess is the management doesn't care as much as they should
Food ok. Service is ok. Nothing special.

I place orders at this location frequently and get my order right about 50% of the time. Take tonight for example, I ordered traditional wings (bone still in the wing). They gave me boneless wings with a pitiful amount of mild sauce. Some of the wings only had one side of sauce on them. I wish there was another location I could try. They have a high turnover rate so you will never have a consistent experience.
He had to go mention to her as she was crouched toward the cash screen talking on her cell phone(Ya Blondie..You with the bun)while looking straight at us but you didn't skip a beat just crouched down further and kept right in talking!!!Rude, Inconsiderate and I truly disappointed since BWW is the first place I always choose to go too!!The food is usually great and the service is usually next to none except for this one!!!
A great menu options. The food was good but we waited for some time to get our meals due to it being Friday, so we were told. The waiter was okay and he passed by once in a while but didn't ask if we needed refills. Four stars.
Well we got seated and were told our server would be there in a minute...HA
The first time we were fed horrible service the waitress was rude when asked about our food after an hour went by..she claimed that she had just went to check on it which wasn't true since she spent at least 30 minutes standing at the back bar talking to one guy...We can see you clearly...DUH!!!
