They are very rude and they rip people off, and they know it. The Attorney General will be taking care of them very soon. Then we will see how they like that. Bunch of ungrateful people!!!
The lady who answers Customer service couldn't be nicer . If you are having trouble with them perhaps your attitude should be checked..
Prisoners would have nicer attitudes toward they're victims!
